We’re a family who chose to ask a simple question: Why not wander?
WhyNotWander is our journey of exploring the world together — stepping outside our comfort zone, embracing different cultures, and discovering life through a wider lens. For us, travel isn’t just about destinations. It’s about perspective, growth, and the shared experiences that shape who we become.
Learning is a big part of our journey. While our daughter is worldschooling along the way, the truth is that travel educates all of us. History becomes real when you stand where it happened. Culture becomes meaningful when you experience it firsthand. Every place we visit becomes a classroom — for curiosity, humility, and connection.
Whenever possible, we also travel with our four-legged son, Ziggy, who brings plenty of personality (and a little chaos) to the adventure.
By stepping away from the expected path, we’ve found transformation — in our family, in our faith, and in the way we see the world. Our hope is to live intentionally, follow God’s leading, and share the beauty of discovery along the way.
This space is where we document the journey — the breathtaking moments, the lessons learned, and the practical insights that might help others wander a little further too.
